I have very good experience with Dr. Meyer for so many years. Dr. told me to ask him to refer a dermatologist if his small surgery on my face does not work in Sept.,2017. After two and half months, I called to ask for refer and the front desk said I have to visit Dr. Meyer first since there is no record about my face issue. I found they even charged my insurance company for incision and drain of this small operation. The person talked to me is so adamant and very unfriendly.

Dr. Meyer is a decent physician. He is a bit hard of hearing, so I find myself having to shout sometimes, but he takes his time when evaluating his patients. The front office staff is HORRIBLE - extremely rude. Especially the one blonde med tech/receptionist. Terrible customer service! I've heard them gossiping about other patients numerous times. It is just so unprofessional.

Excellent doctor. On my first visit, the assessment lasted almost an hour. I have never had a doctor that is so willing to spend time with a patient and be so thorough. His staff is all very friendly. I highly recommend. Appointments are on time and wait time is minimal (5 minutes or less).

I am with Dr. Meyer since last 9 years. Dr Meyer is a wonderful doctor. He is professional and detailed. However, the front desk ladies and pathetic, very rude. They would ruin your whole day. Gosh, I had nightmares dealing with these front desk ladies. I am thinking of changing to another doctor just because of this reason.
