My experience dates back to 2004, I brought my brother to him with cirrhosis and early stages of liver cancer, we were actually referred to him by the Drs at Sylvester Cancer Ctr, at the time he was at Mt Sinai, my brother had 1 major successful surgery and over the years radio frequency ablation and did very well. My brother had quality of life for many years thanks to Dr Legaspi we were forever grateful, he was compassionate and truly cared about the patients….my brothers last major surgery was July 2012, he truly didn’t do well after, he returned to Chicago and by September it came back and had metastasized, he passed January 13, 2013….we will always be thankful to Dr Legaspi, many blessings.
