Very rude. Kept interrupting. Would not listen to anything I was saying and accusing me of changing my story when I said I had a runny nose for 2 days.

Ms Jefferson is extremely rude and judge-mental. She jumps straight to mocking me for making a mistake while I’m suffering. Did you think that was okay to do? How is that funny? Ms ADRI AN when you become perfect you more than welcome to call me and throw some more stones but I’m know that’s never going to happen because trust me you are FAR from perfect. I’d rather walk through a mile of legos than deal with her nightmare self again.

Completely dismissed me! I called because I have flu symptoms. I used teladoc because I feel terrible. I have all the symptoms except fever because I've taken 800mg of ibuprofen ever 6hrs for a day. Im covid negative as well. She argued with me about the symptoms of the flu - I have body aches, sore throat, swollen lyphnodes, fatigue, headache. She told me it was an upper respiratory infection and I should go do a test. The whole reason I did teladoc is because I'm too sick to drive. She actually said "oh my God" and sighed when I told her I have all the symptoms of fly except fever. Then basically hung up on me. Rudest physician I have dealt with and I've been a nurse 15 Years. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.

I just had a TelaDoc appointment with Dr. Jefferson and let me tell you, I was in tears by the end of the call-- HAPPY TEARS! We laughed so hard I cried, and she really put my mind at ease when answering some difficult, usually uncomfortable questions that I haven't been able to discuss with my OBGYN. She drew on personal experience and was very caring as well as clear, happy to spend extra time explaining things and making sure she'd addressed all of my questions and concerns. She gave very clear medical advice as well as advice that will improve my future health practices. I am so thankful to have been matched with Dr. Jefferson today and will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you, Dr. J!
