Shoddy Business Practices
Nov 8, 2024 my husband was in WARMC ER. Dr. Goud placed 2 stents but he did not surviveThe 1st bill I received from his office was on 02202025. This bill was marked ‘Past Due’ & stated that this was my third bill (untrue). The statement date was February 13, 2025.Feb 20, 2025 -12:39 PM-Phoned his office & left message1:24 PM-Contacted my insurance company, was informed they received Dr. Goud's bill on Feb 5, and it takes at least 30 days before the bill is processed. They gave me the claim number & told me to contact Dr. Goud’s office & relay the information to him1:40 PM-Contacted Dr. Goud’s office & left the info from my insurance coMarch 10-Received letter from collection agencyThe time from receiving the first bill till the collection agency's letter was 20 days To date Dr. Goud’s office has not contacted meIf Dr. Goud’s shoddy business practices are any indication of his surgical skills, I regret not being present in the surgical arena during my late husband's procedure

The Amazing Dr. Goud
12/2023 I went into the hospital with my 4th heart attack. Even though my heart wasn't cooperating with treatment in the cath lab, later Dr. Goud came to my room and explained exactly when went wrong. The ONLY cardiologist to ever do this!
