Wish I had checked
From my Visits up to Surgery, I had concerns. Now afterwards I’m kicking myself because I didn’t pay attention to my gut feeling. This is my personal opinion and only wish that I would have taken more TIME and did more Extensive research.

Awesome Experience!
Dr. Yemi was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my Latissimus Dorsi Flap surgery. I am 21 days postop and I feel great! I still have more procedures ahead but I’m confident in the road ahead.

Find Someone Else
Dr. Adeyemi Ogunleye did a super poor job. My breasts are 2 different sizes, my nipples are 2 inches too high, under arm stitches are not level as they should be...look like Frankenstein's wife, and lastly, my breasts should look like a U, but they don't. Go somewhere else. Dr. Adeyemi Ogunleye also has poor manners with his patients.

Breast reconstruction failed. Infection poorly
Poor outcome. Very nice and friendly but did not disclose how dibilitating the abdominal mesh implant would be. Nurse Holly was sarcastic and poor communicator. The breast reconstruction failed and the infection was poorly handled.

I am still getting over the emotional trauma caused by my surgical outcome. My breast reduction surgery was performed by Dr. “Yemi" Ogunleye, 5/14/2019. Psychology, the aftermath still keeps me up nights. My goal with surgery was to reduce the size and weight of my very dense size 40DD breasts. However, there was no concern for my overall day-to-day physical and mental well-being after surgery given the surgical procedure utilized and the lack of concern for the aesthetics. A cut was made directly under the breast to remove all dense tissue and then they tried to work with what was left. This resulted in there not being enough breast tissue to form a 40D breast. My breasts do not fill a 38D cup. My right nipple is sunken and oval-shaped because not enough breast tissue was left to fill out the breast. The left nipple is misshapen and has cold bumps constantly. The L breast is too tight to even lay on my left side. Padding must be used to hide nipples and to fill out my bra.
