My son has been a patient since he was 4 he is now 16. The service has always been great. The Doctors are wonderful. I would recommend her practice to everyone.

I too WAS with Dr. O for more than 11 years. The issue you addressed no doubt were customer service issues. We did that, we recommended people who left immediately because of those issues. We have the Dr. time to resolve the horrendous service we received, service that could have been detrimental to our family but she did not. The wait times, ride staff and service issues remain to our understanding and if that is ok with you then great. Yes

I have been taking my children to see Dr. O for more than 12 years now. We love her and the staff. In the 12 years there was a case where Dr. O had to address a few concerns of mine and things have worked out. She can't address what she doesn't know about. Leaving mad without voicing your opinion does not help her meet your standards or needs. I have 4 children and have never had a problem getting all of them in when needed. I highly recommend Dr. O, as your family doctor. V. Kelly
