I feel that I am treated very well. Everything is explained very well to me. I do ask a lot of questions and the staff is very patient answering my questions, to which I am grateful.

Doesn’t believe the pain I’m having
Was recommended by my orthopedic saw her today and says we have exhausted all pain management options available is sending me to a spine specialist even though my condition is inoperable. Seems like a total waste of time

No compassion
Dr. Singh lacks total empathy as a “pain management” doctor. She rushes the patient out, is averse to patient asking questions regarding scheduled tests and follow up procedural plans. All she needs is a converter belt to speed up the process out the door. More egregious is the fact her colleague, in the same office, diagnosed my arthritis as “mild,” and only offered pain meds or pain management, yet she said, looking at the same x-rays, my arthritis is “moderate to severe,” and I should go back to her colleague for surgery. This is sub par facility and one would be wise to find other doctors.

Dismissive “doctor”
Dr. Singh, as a “pain management” doctor, is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. She rushed both visits, with yesterday’s visit met with, “You ask too many questions.” A pain management doctor should welcome questions, be concerned about the patient’s limitations due to pain, and be empathetic. She is devoid of all. This was especially inexcusable in light of the fact her colleague (in the same facility) diagnosed my condition as “mild,” while she told me it was “moderate to severe.” One would think a pain management doctor would then welcome questions to validate the patient’s concerns regarding being provided a correct diagnosis and correct treatment plan. She is just a clinical machine looking to get to as many patients in one day and the patients suffers for it, unfortunately, unless they’re smart enough to move on from this practice.

Disappointing Experience
Dr. Singh has strong credentials; however she does not listen to her patients and she does not communicate with them. I do not believe that she reviews her patients’ charts before follow up visits. I say that because I went to see her for one issue and at the follow up she confused why I was at the follow up for a patient with another issue. After this incident I lost confidence in her ability to help me.

Dr. Singh was so personable and kind! I've seen so many societies that didn't give me the time to finish describing my experience- but Dr. Singh listened and made sure I had time to ask questions. I really felt like she cared about my experience and helping my pain improve. I'm so grateful I scheduled with her!
