Dr. Mesfin was an excellent active listener. He heard my input, asked questions, and shared his thoughts. He shared his suggested approach on next steps and provided insight on treatment options and potential surgical procedures should one be deemed necessary at the right time in the process.

My experience with Dr. Mesfin was excellent. He listened to me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about my rather unusual congenital bone condition. He explained his thoughts about the images he took and about the exam he conducted on me. He suggested the next steps that I could take to learn more about my condition. I plan to follow up with him after I've obtained additional imaging.

The provider was friendly but I do not think he was thorough in regards to what may be causing the issue. I do not think I received any more information or insight to my condition than I already had. The appointment was no more than 10 minutes. He recommended PT with the reasoning being with my insurance I probably would not be able to get an MRI since I just got one for another issue.

Miracle worker
Dr. Mesfin treated my wife who was suffering from tremendous pain in her back and legs. Post surgery the pain is gone. Prior to surgery she was extremely bent over when walking and in tremendous pain. Now, the pain is gone. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I recently had spine surgery performed by Dr. Mesfin,He is very professional & knowledgeable,He made me feel very comfortable at my office visits,And the day of my surgery he stayed at my bedside and yet again explained the procedure, He also made sure all my questions were answered and he was very reassuring, He does take his time with you and is very caring, I know i am in good hands having him as a doctor

I made a visit to Dr Mesfin in July 2018 when I was in Newyork state and had knee pain issue and feeling pain when I was walking and standing. Dr Mesfin diagnose the problem and recommended non surgical intervention with anti-inflammatory medication and advice to do exercise and he also prescribed physical therapy
