Would not recommend
Dr. Sise is a good surgeon for a patient with no complications. If you have had RK or laser surgery in the past I would recommend a different doctor with experience in this area. I did not know this would be an issue. His explanation didn't come until after surgery in the form of excuses. I was supposed to have mono vision and ended up being near sighted (although not clear). I now need glasses for distance. I don't mind glasses, but I am convinced his choice of lenses could have been better. When my eye doctor got my vision okay for distance Dr. Sise couldn't get me out of his office fast enough. I am very disappointed with my outcome!

Outstanding
Listened intently, reviewed medical history, offered recommendation and provided input as to his reasoning. He’s caring, visit was not rushed and his tech/medical as well as office staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased that optometrist recommended a 2nd opinion by Dr. Sise. Will continue to use him for annual Fuchs Dystrophy exams. Trained under Dr. Gorovoy, one of the top Fuchs surgeons.

When things got complicated or risky he turned his back on us. When he didn't want to be responsible for a problem anymore he switched from being a "nice guy" to being rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Staff were the same, followed his lead and turned very rude and unprofessional as soon as they decided they didn't want us as a patient anymore because the case might be difficult and he actually said, "I don't want that liability." Be careful!
