Dr. Adam Khadbai, MD

On my first visit it was business as usual, nurse came in was very friendly, got all of my info. It wasn’t until Dr. Adam came in that things changed! I have NEVER had a doctor that made me feel as though he really cared about me. He spent way longer than anyone ever has being sure every health concern I had was addressed. And it has been that way for the past three or four years that I have been going to see him. I have gotten the same care from his entire staff. For anyone who felt they were treated rudely or disrespected I would suggest a little self reflecting, and then give them a call back. I have never received anything but stellar care from them and even then remember we are all human and everyone has a less than perfect day every now and then.

Staff is very rude—hung up on me and cancelled my appointment over dealing with my insurance company.

Left me waiting for months on test results numerous times. I called many times asking for the results but got nothing but the run around. Front desk is rude and they never answer the phone. Looking for new doctor. I won't waste my money anymore.

Dr. Khadbai and his office staff are rude, not transparent and do not have their patient's best interest in mind. We have been waiting on my son's cardiac test results for weeks, but the office staff continues to say that Dr. Khadbai has not reviewed the hospital's report and that he does not have time. I have explained to them that we need the results ASAP to determine next treatment steps, but they continue to withhold vital information we need about my son's medical results. The office staff's excuses about why the results are not ready change each day and we have been left to seek another doctor therefore delaying potential treatment.

More than 11-years ago, I suffered an aggravated assault and abduction, which very nearly left me paralyzed. During my 11-year recovery period, I searched for the perfect doctor, but never found a doc I would entrust with my care. Dr. Khadbai has always exceeded expectations and my health is exponentially better. He will never rush his patients, his bedside manner is stellar and he is one of the kindest and compassionate people I've ever met. His entire support staff is equally eminent, so a visit to Dr. Khadbai's office is more reminiscent of visiting with family or close friends. Hands down the best physician I've ever encountered.

Dr. K is a fantastic doctor! He takes his time and really tries to figure out what is wrong. His PA - Kelly is AMAZING! The rest of the staff are very friendly an make you feel like family. I am so glad I found you DR. K!

Never on time- last appt he didn’t show up to work till an hour past my appt time. Horrible front desk.

Dr. Khadbai is very personable and easy to talk to. Fixed my issues after years of bouncing from doctor to doctor. I called Dr. Khadbai's office and the staff was so helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Khadbai

I've not had to schedule an urgent appointment, so I only gave 4 stars because I did get an appointment within a week of my call. I'm new to TX. and am quite pleased with the choice of Dr. K. to be my new primary. It was one of the most comfortable first visits with a Dr. that I've ever had. Looking forward to a long relationship with him.
