We discussed changing my meds. We agreed to a treatment plan including changing one med. But he didn't change it. Gave me the same med I had been on for years that was no longer working. I didn't catch the problem until 8 months later. His office told me he never changed the med, just wrote in his notes that he was refilling the meds. So he lied to me. And failed to treat my condition satisfactorily. Very dissatisfied because of the lie.
