Dr Feinstein is wonderful! I have seen him a few years now. He also has treated my parents and grandparents, my husband, and even my infant with torticolis. He is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. He’s given me massive improvement in the management of my chronic condition when nothing else has worked. And he works like a dog for his patients! When you need him he’s there! Not many doctors care that much anymore but Feinstein does.

Dr Adam Feinstein worked on me while he was working with Dr Hardik Shah. I was impressed by his methods of working on me with my injuries. I’m doing better than the past and searched for a Chiropractor. I chose Dr Feinstein to keep me in alignment and on my road to recovery from chronic pain.

I was finally seen after months of phone calls and rescheduled appointments. Treatment was little more than a light stretch. I was billed about $200 per visit after insurance coverage for codes that he nor his secretary could explain. Feinstein and his staff were unprofessional and non-transparent in their billing as confirmed with other D.O.'s and my insurance provider. He does not put much effort into running this side business except when it comes to over-billing.

Dr. Feinstein was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. More importantly, he got my body back in alignment and made it easier for me to move freely in just two visits. My pain issue is a chronic one, and I know it isn't fixed for ever, but when I can get several months of good function and dramatically reduced pain from two visits, I am sold. If you've never had OMM treatments, the diagnosis process might seem unusual, but it's what works!

I had nothing but frustration and little treatment. I waited forever and received rude treatment by staff, and the facility was dirty. I was seen briefly by the doctor, which was a most useless visit. Just prescribed me medication and left. About a month and a half after, I receive a bill for $310, I don't understand why they would just send me this bill without any explanation! Please do not go to this practice! Not only is their front desk staff rude, but their procedures are incompetent.

Clearly this "institute" is more business-than-medically-minded.  They deal in volume, so do not plan on getting quality care.  Three times I left work early to get to an appointment on time, only to wait for almost an hour beyond the scheduled time.  Dr. Feinstein is always in a rush to see the next patient as he speaks rapidly, asks very few questions, and did not even examine me!  This appointment could have been done over the phone.  Why did I have to come in?  Because they want to get paid!

I have gotten nothing but the most professional care from Dr. Feinstein! I was barely able to walk when I went into his office. I had horrible back pain and had problems with my right rotator cuff that I was told by 2 other Dr's that would require surgery. I now have full range of motion back in my shoulder and no longer need surgery. my back pain is gone and I no longer suffer from the debilitating back pain that I have lived with for over a decade. I have recomended him to numerous friends.

I would award negative stars! Dr. Adam Feinstein looked at me for 5 minutes and told me I had chondromalacia and had basically worn out all of the cartilage behind my kneecap. He said even though he couldn't tell this from the x-ray,  he just knew that is what it was because I am a Crossfitter. After getting a second opinion and more tests, turn out the truth was that my back was out of alignment and affecting the  nerves that run down my leg. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH Dr Feinstein!

This so called doctor is an example why our healthcare system is broken. He performs the bare minimum service to bill the insurance company, and did almost nothing to benefit my condition. D.O., this guy should be labeled “D.O. Nothing”, Adam Feinstein should have his license suspended until he learns to actually practice a service that has any benefit to patient’s heath.

Dr. Feinstein has done more to relieve my many years of chronic neck, back and shoulder pain than any doctor has previously done. The need for pain relief medications have been dramatically reduced through his gentle muscle manipulation treatments. He is personable and professional. I highly recommend him.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided my Dr. Feinstein. His examination and what he described as holistic methods to treat my joint pain were ineffective, verging on negligent. I went to an MD for a second opinion on my joint pain and received care that was definitive and effective. I would not recommend Dr. Feinstein under any circumstances, his medical license should be under review for gross incompetence.
