Thank you Dr. Massey, you have changed my life!
When i came to Dr. Massey from another doctor I was in terrible shape. Swollen joints and pain all day every day. But after just a few visits, Dr. Massey has changed everything for me. I can do all the things i love to do with virtually no pain at all and not just giving me another pill to take, really trying to take away the pain. Thank you Dr.Massey & Staff

When you need a Doctor capable of changing your life, Dr Massey and her team are without question the best in the business. I suffered from crippling effects from Gout. My life became restricted in far too many ways. I was referred to Dr Massey and she went to work. she doent immediately just give random answers, she researches and truly becomes a diagnostician. She found a new medicine that is revolutionalry for gout patients and I have my life back!!! Her infusion lab especially Tashina who runs the show back there is nothing short of amazing. In my opinion there isnt a better place to come.

Very much set in her way, doesn’t take time to listen to her patients. Leaves you waiting for your scheduled appointment, time management is not one if her strong sides.

Like most so called Rheumatologist in this area, they never take new patients. Would be nice to get a Rheumatologist in this area that actually wanted to help the patients in this area. You can’t wait 6 - 8 months with gout.

She listens to your ailments and is good about testing. She prescribes a lot. My distasteful experience is when I have a flare up or need help with pain, I CAN NOT EVER get a prescription that day... Or the next... Or the next. When she does finally reply, it will be a tricyclic drug to alter your moods; it does not help with pain. When you are in serious pain, you really want help expedited. You don't get that though. That really lets me down and I have to suffer for several days. If you have chronic pain, she can help manage that, but when you have very painful sudden flares, she will let you suffer. Other than that, she's alright.

She listened to me!!! She has brought back my quality of life and I have multiple autoimmune diseases. She has recently started seeing my daughter as well and now my daughter has also gotten back her life and is starting nursing school. She cares enough to listen to my issues and then advises me on options and I choose and I feel so much happier since I switched to her practice.

I was referred to Dr Massey, Appointment was Yesterday,August 16th! I’ve had this appointment for a couple of months, I’m sure when I was referred to her off, they were given my insurance information. Drove all the way to Auburn, sign in , sat down, not to mention that I had faxed my information to them with my insurance name and number on the information sheet. I assume that they didn’t look at my information until I sign in. Dr Massey , only see you if you have a second insurance

The doctor is very nice and helpful but the office policies for medications are a lot harsher than any of doctors. I can’t go from appointment to appointment on the prescriptions I receive. I do all the blood work as requested but the staff will require even more before getting my new prescriptions. Too much traveling, too many trips to the lab and eye doctors. I don’t understand why 90 days of medication and 2 lab visits between is too much to ask

She is very uncaring, and unprofessional. Weeks go by and her staff doesn't return your calls. Her staff is unprofessional you can sit in a room and here them talking about and laughing at patients. They andndre rude on the phone etc. The office is chaotic with papers lying everywhere. Just a very disappointing appt today.

Took 5 months to get my first appointment, and then Dr. Massey wouldn't let me tell her about the symptoms. She kept cutting me off and said she would find out through her questions (she didn't). Then on my follow up visit she spent maybe 3 minutes with me and left without telling me the results of all the tests she ran! Then her office never called to schedule an MRI like they were supposed to. Driving from Columbus GA is too far to get blown off so much... Changing doctors after 2 visits.

Long wait once the nurse checks your vitals and you get abandoned in the consulting room with door shut ....last 2 visits I was in room waiting for a human being for over an hour....YES I said an hour. They never call back when you leave a message, and general treatment by Dr & Staff is dehumanizing.
