Dr Pachikara lisyens. If you tell him whats bothering you, he doesnt brush it off and actually refers you to the right people . Hes patient and has always been understanding.

I have been a loyal patient for over 25 years to this family practice. I feel that I am respected and my medical needs are met. It means a lot to me and I appreciate that Dr. Abin Pachikara takes the time to listen and allows me to be an active participant in my medical care. From the time I walked into the doctor’s office I was greeted with the beautiful smiles of her staff members. They were all very polite and very helpful. Doctor took time to listen to my health needs as well as took the time to answer the questions I had. This is the best experience I have had in a doctor's office. I felt like a person and not like someone sick. They didn't treat me like a disease, but treated me like any normal person.

Great doctor with a keen attention to detail. I like that he explains things thoroughly and gets me involved in the process.

Office staff are very rude. Continually puts you on hold when speaking to the office to answer other calls, etc. Will argue with their patients. Very hard to get an apt. Office is not updated, ie: Height chart is extended by drawing lines on the wall in pen. Doctor does not seem confident. Care and compassion is not a priority-diagnostics should of been ordered urgently and they take their time submitting for approval to ins. Charged a copay when they shouldn't have. Horrible family owned bus!
