Extraordinary bedside manner, professional, caring
Dr. Butler brought my husband back to life in the emergency room and continued his excellent care once he was admitted. This doctor gave us clear information and guidance about my husband's condition. She then explained the blood tests and why he needed the specific care he was about to receive. I'm pretty old and have never had a doctor spend so much time giving us not just care, but information, time and also wisdom in how to handle a difficult situation. She also answered all our questions and took a good deal of time in giving us the background and reasons for her answers. My husband could not have received better care from Dr. Butler. And she was right! He recovered thank's to her diagnosis and care.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Speaks down to you stating shes "more intelligent with my degree than you."You may be more intelligent about the human body, but your professionalism is by far non existent. Surprised Stony Brook being the hospital they are would continue to employ someone like this.
