Telehealth
Dr. Kalla is just as informative during Telehealth Appointments as he is during regular Face-to-Face Visits, responding to all questions with the same expertise and concern. As a patient of his for a little over 3 years, I have always found him to be professional, knowledgeable and personable.

He always takes as much time as I need to answer any and all questions I might have. He explains everything and takes the time to do so. He reviews all lab work with you and makes sure you understand it. He puts you at ease during trying times.

Communication is slow
Nice doctor but difficult to contact outside of a visit. Secretary is slow to return calls. Follow-ups on new medications very slow

Dr. Kalla has been my oncologist for almost 2 years and I’m thankful for having the privilege of having him treating me. Dr Kalla is such a kind caring patience person who’s never in a hurry. My only request is that Ascension St Agnes Cancer Center had a clinic in Howard County and Dr Kalla can see patients there also. Thank you Dr Kalla my life is so much easier with you providing my care.

The appointment wasn’t rushed. Dr. Kalla took his time and went over everything in detail with me. I left the appointment with complete understanding. I do not have to return to him but if I had to I certainly would recommend him.
