If I could give zero stars I would. We recently moved here and needed to get our daughter seen for a hip issue. When asked if we needed a new patient visit we were told “no just call when your child is sick and schedule for that reason”. We did just that and followed through with the visit. The Billed charges were denied by insurance for a “wellness check” to establish new patient. The front desk told us we needed to discuss with Dr Malhes as he did all billing and patient work. Our insurance called them, and was told we had been made aware of the charges - Which was false. We called back to the office and were offered a “discount of $80 to pay in cash since our deductible wasn’t met (which it was)” When I told the Dr they just needed to submit the accurate code for services rendered he continued to interrupt me and talk over me. I told him he just needed to stop and listen to me at which point he hung up on me. When I call back the front office hangs up when I ask to discuss the bill

This pediatric doctor is a joke. He has no patience to work with little kids. He office has no nurses only one receptionist who's rude. His office is dirty and doesn't have any equipment you would see at other pediatric practices. I'm switching over to a new pediatrician. Done going to him and his dirty, outdated, office.

i have been seeing Dr Malhes for many years with my 2 kids, he is very professional and caring. his staffs are very helpful and friendly. i feel that Dr Malhes listen to my problems with my kids and he always gives me great advices, he always accommodates my busy schedule as working mother. he spends time with me and my kids during our visits to talk about our issues and never distracted by computer typing like other physicians who i have seen in the past.

The office is disgustingly dirty, no nurses on staff so the uneducated receptionist or the doctor does everything. The receptionist asks the same questions over and over. Dr. Malhes was an hour late for our appointment because he was at lunch which was very rude. We saw him for a year and a half and that was the longest I could handle it. His office also was very hard and rude to me when I tried to get copies of my child's medical history for our new practice.
