Dr. Raissi did my surgery when I tore the ligament off my bone on my ankle in 2010. He did an awesome really difficult surgery. I never had any more problems after I love him dearly. I made an appointment last week on Friday and was able to get right in the following Monday. Maybe I was just lucky because he had a cancellation, but I sure was grateful… I have a new problem on my ankle.. It was wonderful to find out that Desert orthopedic has their own MRI machine and I don’t have to wait a long time to get the results. My MRI was scheduled two days after my visit! This is wonderful… if you want the best doctor who is very, very knowledgeable that’s Dr.Raissi. He has so much compassion in his soul for his patients. If your looking for a great physician I think he’s one of the best doctors in the United States..

Dr. Raissi and his team are knowledgeable , professional, kind and efficient After another doctor insisted that the condition of my Achilles tendon made surgery too complicated,I had successful Achilles tendon repair surgery on my left foot in 2019 and on my right foot in 2024 both performed by Dr. Raissi. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Raissi.

I had been under doctor Raissi care since 2018, until 2020. Then the past year I got another problems with my foot due to working on my feet for long shifts. He recently did surgery on my left feet, and he has been an excellent doctor and very kind explaining everything to me and my family. So far I feel very good.

Dr. Abdi Raissi did an exceptional job on my left 2nd TMT Arthrodesis with bone graft and fusion . He is an exceptional and skilled doctor. He is very kind as well! I want to give a shout out to LJ who assists with Dr. Raissi in surgery and put my cast on. LJ checked up on me, and made me feel cared about! I hope to have my right foot done next!

Spoke with Dr. Raissi about my injury. He felt that surgery was not warranted and even said “I wouldn’t operate on myself, if I had that injury” Physio will be fine for what is wrong with you . Quite happy to hear that obviously but, I appreciated the honesty. No point going under the knife if it isn’t needed. I’m glad he isn’t trigger happy to preform surgery. Nice guy also.

I had a suspected that I had broken a toe and have a been a patient with Desert Orthopedic for years. I stopped in without an appointment and Dr. Raissi agreed to see me. The office was so kind and the Dr showed empathy and kindness and explained the healing process. After my X-ray, I had my walking support shoe and was out the door knowing my broken toe would not need surgery but would heal on its own.

The whole team at Desert Orthopedic including the surgery center was and is the best. Very attentive and concerned about you. Dr. Raissi very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with my experience at DOC. Staff was great from front desk to the doctors. Both doctors I met with, Dr. Raissi and Dr. Hendershot were very patient and detailed in explaining things, and not in a rush to go the surgery route first. Both of them have my full trust and appreciation.

I was very pleased with DOC. The entire staff is pleasant. I could not be happier with Dr. Raissi! He is very nice, explained in detail the Lapiplasty procedure I needed to fix the bunion, hammer toe as it was out of joint. Answered my questions. It was my decision, no pressure.
