My Favorite Doctor
Dr. Mansour is the kindest person you'll ever meet and he honestly cares about your health. Dr. Mansour spends time with you and doesn't rush you out so he can cram in another patient. He has been working with me for three years now and has helped me tremendously with my asthma. I would highly recommend Dr. Mansour to anyone struggling with lung problems.

Awesome doctor disagree with the bad review! I had a doctor I was seeing in seneca and really didn't want to leave, but I'm glad I found Dr. Mansour he is very good and compassionate with his patients.

Poor Follow-thru
While everyone has insurance and medication issues from time to time, how those issues are handled make a lot of difference. I am narcoleptic and have little control over my meds. I have had to constantly lord over Dr Mansour’s office to straighten out medication issues, from the wrong prescription sent to a mail-order pharmacy to issues with trying to get a new dosage because the one I take won’t be available until June. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and am seriously considering finding a new sleep specialist.

First time meeting him I was in the hospital. He has very good communication with you. He explains your condition and answers your questions. I already had a pulmonary dr. But after meeting him I immediately changed to him. I would greatly reccomend him. His knowledge is impeccable of the lungs. He doesn't judge you if you smoke he's there to help you through if you want to quit. He is more than just a doctor he's your friend. He cares about every patient's needs. If you can't come in and you need something he is on it. The entire staff there are awesome as well he will be my doctor till I no longer need him. If I could leave 10 stars to rate I would!!!??????????!!!

Arrogant, rude, aggressive, hostile to questions. In short, his poor demeanor and terrible bedside manner negate any talent he has as a physician. Avoid!

My Husband and I had both seen Dr Mansour for a while. Recently some of the staff has not been taking care of orders and information needed to do tests. My Husband uses a CPAP machine and Dr Mansour had given us a prescription for new supplies and the staff that turned in the prescription put in for his old CPAP machine. Dr Mansour is a great Doctor but SOME of his staff is awful. Some of his staff is good as well.

I have had Dr. Mansour as my doctor for 11 years. I started going to him when I was 17 and now I am 28. He is the best doctor I know. He is very caring and works hard to get you better.
