Dr. Ramanathan seemed like she was listening to my concerns regarding chronic pain and fibromyalgia and tried to be sensitive when she asked about weight loss but the second I said I was in the process of trying to get healthier and working on weight loss she didn’t listen to anything else I said but told me how cutting out greasy food and exercising will help me lose weight which I was fully aware of considering I explained to her I was trying to lose weight. My end of visit summary said nothing about fibromyalgia except to see a psychiatrist for possible medication.
