On time appointment and all my questions were well answered and Dr.Pais explained to me the test results and medication.

I am a new patient and couldn't be more happier. I got a quick appointment for my annual physical and glad to see Dr. Aarti Pais plans all the tests ahead of time and thoroughly discusses every aspect of the test results. One stand out suggestion for me was the motivation Dr. Pais gives me to actively use the Health app to shoot her questions about the health and medication which I think above and beyond. Dr. Pais also encouraged me to contact her if I was double charged for the lab tests which were done as part of annual physical. Thank you Dr. Pais for excellent Priamary care. Looking forward for next visit.

She double charged me for one visit. Apparently insurance money is that important to her. She refused to refund my copay so she’s lost a patient. (I was a patient for 3 years).

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Pais. She has been the most proactive doctor that we have had. She listens to us and is very responsive to our concerns. She as been a breath of fresh air as we have both been face to face with health scares. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a doctor that is proactive and wants preventative advice. We cannot say enough about this fabulous doctor!

I’ve had several visits with Dr. Pais and each visit has been life changing! I recently had a major concern about my health and when I went to visit Dr. Pais, not only did she calm me but she reassured me that I would be just fine. She went over and beyond to make sure that I was ok before leaving the office and I received several calls to follow up because she knew that I was a nervous reck! The staff as well are great workers and I would recommend anyone to see Dr Pais! A Great Doctor!

As others have said, Dr. Pais is a good listener who takes time, explains well, and discusses options as opposed to simply telling the patient what to do. In other words, her approach is collaborative and respectful.

She's a good listener. She doesn't not rush you through the office. She orders appropriate lands to help diagnosis your specific ailment. I will definetly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pais for a year now. She is awesome and has a wonderful bedtime manner. My initial visit with her, I was unstable and in crisis, so she meet with me in her office and listen to me as if she was a therapist. To top if off, which was the WOW factor for me she phoned me two days after this appointment to see how I was doing, which has never happen to me before.I knew she really cared and was concerned. It's definitely more than just a Job to her.

Dr. Pais is a well rounded physician for being such a young physician. She is caring, compassionate and invested in the well being of her patients. She was very thorough and went through my complete medical history to have an understanding of my past health related issues. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a relaxed and trustworthy physician.

Dr. Pais is the best physician I have ever seen. She is patient, understanding, and attentive and will go the extra mile to make sure that all of your needs are met. Her entire staff is also friendly and amazing.

Dr Pais is just like all the other useless Physicians at Crescent City Physicians. STAY AWAY! I went in for a simple Healthy Discount for my insurance company. All that it asked for was two simple forms to be filled out by her and faxed it. WAAAAAY too difficult for this firm to handle. You expect staff at a Touro facility to not read, be rude, but from her also. Unacceptable. You went to Medical School. Please try and read. Furious.
