Terrible experience
Truly the worst visit I have ever had with a doctor. If you want a doctor who does not care about listening to you - then Dr. Sanders is the right person. His manner was rude, insensitive, and unnecessarily hostile toward a 74 year old female trying to get help for chronic back pain. I was also upcharged on my health insurance. Health insurance was billed for a level 5 visit and he might have been present for 11 minutes to tell me to get another doctor. He had zero knowledge of my medical history and made completely inappropriate assumptions about my health. Please review your Explanation of Benefits carefully!

Excellent Doctor
Concerns about pain in my lower back. Dr Sanders reviewed my recent MRI results and explained in full detail how I can lessen my pain and get point injections in the future when needed & steroids. He was compassionate and provided his phone number for future questions, etc. I highly recommend Dr Sanders.

Pain Management
My visit to Dr. Sanders was the beginning of what hopefully will be success. I am experiencing lower back pain with numbness at the bottom of the right foot. Also have tingling down the back of the right leg into that heal. Dr. Sanders is moving forward with an epidural steroid injection. Dr. Sanders was professional, understanding along with knowledgeable in procedures, moving me forward in a positive direction with this physical issue.

NO Comparison / Empathy / Help
He walks into the exam room and the very 1st thing he says is (in an arrogant tone), “What do you want me to do?” My response was (in between my crying and crying out in pain) “I want you to make the pain go away.” He continues, with his arrogant tone, to advise me he had already reviewed my chart and there was nothing he could do for me until the fungus in my spine/back was gone. If after that I was still having pain, come back and see him then. (Ummm….. I don’t think so!) 3-4 minute office visit with no help and an arrogant attitude = $60 I’m not saying what he said is wrong, but he could have shown some empathy and compassion, as it was obvious I was in desperate need of help. And a suggestion of another Pain Med doctor that might could help me, would have been nice.
