First time in 20+ yrs I feel like I am being heard
My health issues may be considered complex. After several feet of small and large intestine have been removed, having chronic diarrhea became normal for me. Dr. Pinnola took on the challenge to get me feeling better, including to decrease my 10-12 times a day potty breaks to 3-5. We are making incredible progress. I am elated that he was not rushing into the OR after being diagnosed with a sluggish GI system. Love the "seek first to understand" approach with purposeful and alternative care plan options. Thank you Dr. Pinnola.
