I am so disappointed with my experience for my son. Appointments are scheduled in 20 minute increments. I thought my appointment for my son was scheduled for 745, but it was actually 740...my mistake. I got a call at 745, and I informed them I was in traffic, but should be there in 5 more minutes. When I arrived in the parking lot 5 minutes later, I received another call telling me not to come in. It was now considered a no show. Since there was still 10 minutes left of my appointment time, I begged to come in for the last 10 minutes, but I was told I can not. My son was crying, and I promised I would not keep the doctor past our scheduled appt time. They could hear my son upset in the background, but still denied his appointment. I was also informed I would not be charged my 80 copay, but it would not cost 150 dollars for my missed appt. Had they let me see the doctor for the last 10 minutes we were there for the appointment, I would have only paid my copays of 80, not the 150 they
