He's in Florida for crying out loud

I think it's ridiculous that he's listed as my doctor. I couldn't even see what he looks like. They stick a little teeny iPad up on the other side of the room and that's your doctor? I have no idea if he knows what he's talking about, I have no idea if he knows what he's doing. All I know is I didn't have a good experience with the treatment he was supposedly in charge of. The whole thing is a big joke. They can't hire anybody locally, so your doctor is in Florida.

Rude and Arrogant
Telehealth
Rudest dr I have ever met. Wanted to know all about my income and finances on first visit. Should've have known better than to make a second appointment. Knowingly endangered my health.

Good Dr, horrible staff
Provider was great, office was horrible at getting in communication with me to do a pre-auth for medication ive been on for years and then went through withdrawals. The office seems neglectful. Once I called them out, they called me 3 times a day for a week after never getting back to me before.
