Time to move to a new provider
I chose Dr. Parsa as a primary care physician when I moved to Brea from Michigan in 2019 as Cigna recommended him. He was local, and I could get in fast.To be fair, I've yet to see Dr. Parsa. I've only ever had appointments with NPs and PAs. That's fine, actually, as I don't have an issue seeing mid-levels for most appointments. In practice most offices would rotate the primary care provider in but this office doesn't do that.When I first arrived in SoCal and started my care with Dr. Parsa I asked, twice, that my records from Michigan be brought over. That's never happened. I guess it's ok that my medical history began in 2019. When I ask about it it's not addressed.The ever-changing front desk staff neither cares about nor has the time for my petty concerns like prescription refills or things that I need to stay alive like a CPAP machine. If health is your concern, save your time and pick another provider.

Dr. Amanda(the PA) is by far the best Dr. I have seen in my 31 years of life! Takes the time to hear you out and understands individuals needs I love her!! ... Dr. Parsa on the other hand is a complete A**HOLE! I would never recommend him to anyone. I had a phone call appointment with him, half way through my questions about my conditions he told me my questions were stupid and hung up the phone on me... followed by charging me a co-pay! Currently fighting for my $$ back

I was one of his first patients. I believe he was on Lambert rd. And did his time at Brea hospital in the emergency room. I miss him so much. Then when he moved over to imperial. Had to leave in 2007 back now unfortunately on the central coast. But to sick to travel. Miss you Dr. Parsa.

Dr. Parsa’s office overcharged me $220.00 in February 2018, and despite me providing proof REFUSES to refund me. The female that answers the phone diagnoses you over the phone before granting an appointment and kept me on hold SO LONG that I drove to the office from home before she came back on the line. Is that the medical care you want?

Very satisfied with Dr Parsa & his PA Amanda. I have been going to him for at least 30 years and he is the best. I started seeing him when my children were small now my children and their spouses patients of Dr Parsa & Amanda.

Dr Parsa is the best primary care we have ever had. His been my primary care for many years. He is very thorough and spends time listening to your problems. I've also seen Amanda his PA, who is also very caring.
