Dr. Osterman has operated on both my wrists, on 2dofferent occasions. You have to expect to wait to see him but he is an expert at reconstructing a fractured & shattered wrist/hand. Well worth the wait, and he’s fun too!

I've been a patient of Dr Lee Osterman for years now. A Hand Surgeon in my area performed 2 surgeries on my hand then said that he was at his limit & sent me to Osterman. Boy, am I glad that he did! Dr Osterman is very patient, never rushes you & always answers questions.... and he's funny! He never jumps right to surgery - he exhausts all other options first. I've already recommended him to others and I will continue to recommend him.

I was a patient of Dr Osterman for several years. Excellent doctor, never rushes and takes time to answer questions. The time one waits for him is so very worth it. My suggestion, check in with the receptionist and request a phone call when the Doctor is 2 or 3 patients away. After the call, return and no wait!

By the time I met Dr. Osterman, the non-union fracture in my Right wrist was already 11 years old. Now in my 20's with health insurance, Dr. Osterman performed a bone graft on my Right wrist. Now in my late 50's, my wrist is still perfect and I am very greatful. Highly skilled, great manor and listening skills. Definitly a TOP DOC in my book!

Dr. Osterman is one in a million. I have had 3 hand surgeries performed by him. He is the best of the best. He is sitting beside you when you come out of your sedation and carefully explains the procedure he performed. Yes, you have to often wait for your appointment but he will take as much time as you need when he sees you. He is wonderful, delightful and talented man. His staff is wonderful also. I travel from Florida to Pennsylvania to be in his care.

Dr. Osterman, you always give me great hope that each correction made for my hand and wrist is for the best for me and hopefully for this one the last. You are not a doctor who just blindly cuts patients and does not know why or what you are doing. You actually care about each and every one of US. Your entire staff is the exact same way. All of this is shown through your work, kindness, caring, and warmth that you project to each patient. We are also people and not just ailments to you.

Dr. Osterman, together with his wonderful assistant Kathleen, are the dynamic duo. I am a surgeon myself and had a perfect experience with this talented surgeon and gentle giant of orthopedics. Every aspect of my care was exceptional. His caring manner, exceptional ease of execution and deep knowledge were incredibly reassuring. Go here, no where else! This is the man to see!

I am from NJ.I was diagnosed with AVN in my Left hand. All NJ specialists told me that you wait until the bone in your hand collapse and then they do reconstructive surgery to the my entire hand. This didn't sound right and after hearing this from several NJ doctors I went to work finding someone that could give me a different answer(waiting for my hand to collapse was not an option) I was lucky enough to find Dr Osterman who said that was ridiculous! He saved my hand! HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
