He has participated in research on an implantable pump system for delivery of chemotherapy directly to the liver, and introduced this treatment modality to Wichita.Dr. Dakhil is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, as well as a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the Southwest Oncology Group, the North Central Cancer Treatment Group and the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project. He has served as President of the Medical Society of Sedgwick County (1997) and as Past President of staff at Via Christi Hospital St. Francis. His service of patients went beyond just care and treatment when Dr. Dakhil founded the Wichita Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides financial assistance for cancer patients. Biography: Dr. Nabbout received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1995. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine between 1995 and 1998.
