I always felt we were a bother to her. Every time we asked a question it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. Dr. Ochs bedside manner needs to improve. Always felt she was rushing me out if the room.

My mom waited 3 months to get in to see her for a very serious issue which has only gotten worse! And she did not listen to her concerns on what she was experiencing. Instead she scheduled her for a colonoscopy a month out for the end of May 2025. That was on April 30th 2025. Today May 3rd I had to...
