Excellent. He is caring, always smiling, has the best bedside manner of any physician I have seen in my 88 years. I would trust him with my life. He has been my attending physician for more than 20 years and as long as he is in practice in Hazard, I would t think of changing.

Dr. Constantine is VERY thorough! He was able to find and treat conditions for me and my husband that no other doctor did. We were so very impressed with him and hate that Dr. Constantine is no longer in our area. We miss him so much.
