Hes very kid friendly. He was really sweet with my 3 year old. He was not in a hurry. He gave helpful information, he was thorough and compassionate. He's a little quirky and I wasn't sure what to think at first, but he turned out to be really great haha:) I'm glad we ended up seeing him
