Dr Otis takes time to listen, is very thorough and explains treatment options clearly. Very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about bout him and his administrative assistant.

I would recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone. He’s a lovely person. Takes his time to cover everything you have going on with a shoulder and answer any questions you could possibly ask. I was especially happy he didn’t automatically jump to surgery. Very happy.
