I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment quickly. The nurse who first helped with the routine questions, blood pressure etc. was fantastic so I was very optimistic. Once the NP (not the one listed as a drop-down choice) came in my optimism was gone. She was more interested in getting me out the door with a physical therapy referral than she was with anything else. I had come in with ear pain and fluid, and vertigo and I had to ask multiple times for her to even look in my ears. When she did, she was annoyed to be looking and was surprised to find fluid and inflammation there and prescribed the lowest dose steroid and hustled me out. I was shocked at the bill since this provider was in my network and even called to ask. The gentlemen I talked to then was kind but ensure me that it was correct and that there was nothing he could do. I ended up at a different provider. I came in with the same issues, only another 2 weeks of suffering in, and was treated. I cannot recommend here
