Anchor Point Counseling PLLC

January 31 proved to be the fateful end of an otherwise arduous and prolonged approx. year of substandard and less-than-stellar one-on-one Counseling with this miserable firm, based out of Walla Walla. IMHO, I was the recipient of what I can only call a weekly series of stifling sessions with my former Counselor there. The last couple of months prior to my final session were increasingly intolerable; on more than once occasion I was highly tempted to excuse myself and leave the session early, to regain my normal mental equilibrium. She became increasingly irritable while in session with myself; I do not precisely understand why this was the case, and most likely never will. It was not just solely her decision to terminate my sessions; the decision I just discovered came from the clinic management themselves, I never even met them at all. I would warn all prospective Clients here locally TO TOTALLY AVOID this wretched firm at all costs. Seek better counseling elsewhere.

Went here as a new patient and some how ended up with a young kid named Alec as a 'counselor'. He was useless with zero life experience what so ever and look like he was still on high school. A couple weeks later I got the bill in the mail so i called in, gave them my FSA card and was told it was paid and hasn't heard from them since. Fast forward 4 months and im contacted by collections because they never ran my card apparently. Now i can't pay it with my FSA card and had to pay cash and have a collections on my credit all because this garbage company didnt do what they said. Let alone the counselor was zero help. Hope this business fails miserably!
