Rude and hurried
Laura Brandt was awful- did not ask any questions - just reeled off a spiel that is obviously what she uses on all patients and wouldn’t listen to our concerns- literally paid $150 for a 9min appt - couldn’t be pushed out the door faster- got more advice on google than from this PA - save your money !

Lack of consideration, caring, and compassion
Saw Mary Burnell, PA, and she seemed thorough and personable, she identified something that concerned her, and took appropriate action. When the biopsy results came back, Ms Burnell did not contact me. Instead, medical assistant, Stefanie Morley, called to deliver a cancer diagnosis. I asked for the pathology report, and upon receipt, I noted information on it that Ms Morley did not communicate to me. I sent a message that same day asking for a call to discuss the report. This is day six and no one has called. Their lack of respect, consideration, and compassion for a cancer diagnosis is astounding. Three requests to discuss and all of them have been ignored. I'm grateful that the cancer was identified, but to leave me hanging, wanting desperately to discuss, asking three times and still being ignored is just too much for anyone to have to endure. Ms. Burnell is only licensed in WA for less than 3 1/2 years and she definitely needs to improve her delivery of diagnoses.

unprofessional
I had a horrible experience with the doctor who failed to introduce himself and explain why he was there instead of the PA. He did not listen when I said I was not ready for a full body examination nor did he address my concerns. I was given a robe for around my shoulders that did not appear to be one that could be laundered and was told to strip down to my underpants. He simply looked at me in a very quick manner and then told me to only come back if I had a sore that did not heal in a month or two. Then I would have cancer.
