I went to emergency with an issue that poppet up quickly. Moved here very recently. This hospital emergency facility is sparkling clean . Staffed with people who are knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Top notch all the way

We called emergency when my husband's incision burst opened unexpectedly. Two weeks before my husband had surgery on his back and the surgeon took out the stitches today, 8/15/23. When my husband opened a window in the evening the incision completely opened. It was horrific. We called emergency and the woman who answered our hysteric call (we are elderly) was rude, disrespectful and callous. She even hung up on us which I find unacceptable. I have worked in customer service and also was a teacher and her behavior was totally inappropriate. This happened on 8/15/23 at 5:35 pm. I will never go to Spokane Valley Emergency after that interaction. This woman needs more training on how to handle people without expressing her negative emotions.
