My experience at LightHeart was disappointing and unprofessional from the start. Upon being released from their waitlist, I was given 48 hours to fill out a lengthy questionnaire before losing my spot -- which was not only a lot of pressure, but also incredibly frustrating compared to the two weeks it took for them to reach out to me after that. Throughout my time at LightHeart, I consistently had to send repeated emails in order to schedule meetings and get what was promised. They also informed me after payment and testing that they do not generally offer multiple diagnoses that I stated, from the start, as ones I was interested in. I would not repeat this process even if it was free. It was an absolute waste of time and the paperwork I received at the end was insultingly surface-level and unhelpful. The amount of time, money, and psychological stress to get a report that basically says "you might have experienced trauma which may have affected you" is, frankly, disgusting.
