Office experience
Terrible & traumatic experience after 12 yrs of seeing them since my I had my first born in 2016. Office declined to provide medical care to my sick child due to secondary insurance even though we have a private insurance. They are people and all they care about is their business & money. They don’t care about the well-being of their minor patients. No consideration given even they committed a mistake on their part by giving us a same day appointment without verifying insurance. I even spoke to the clinic manager the next day and she had no remorse at all. My child ended up at the ED twice and got admitted to the hospital. This whole incident is unacceptable. I am very disheartened and I don’t wish to leave my children’s pediatrician, Dr. Shwartz because she is great but that’s my only option.
