Excellent medical staff

Office staff are friendly and efficient. The doctors I have met over the last many years, Dr. Duncan , was very good. Recently, I have met with Dr. Anna Edgecomb, and Dr. Annett Fly. Again, both were excellent. In particular, Dr. Fly called me tonight at 6:45 to discuss a skin cancer biopsy that she performed last week. Two previous dermatologists earlier this year --- Frontier Dermatology and the Everett Clinic, said I had no issues. However, Dr Fly was very comprehensive in her exam, answered all my questions, and worked congenially with two new RNs that assisted the procedure. Her work proved that I did have one spot that was indeed cancerous. I will be making a follow up appointment first thing tomorrow. Dr. Fly's dedication to caring for patients and making them feel as comfortable as they can be with health issues is the best care I have ever received .
