I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Meklit Abebe. From the start, she was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy for my concerns. The entire check-up lasted barely 3-4 minutes, during which she offered no explanations or details about my condition. Instead, she simply rushed me out with a referral to see an ophthalmologist without addressing my questions. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I left feeling unheard, uncared for, and deeply unsatisfied with the lack of proper medical attention.The overall staff was discourteous; despite me calling ahead to inform them I’d be just 5 minutes late and arriving only 2 minutes past my appointment time, they made a point of reminding me I was late and were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout the visit.
