Disappointed and frustrated with the billing practices here. I came in for what was supposed to be a routine physical. When the doctor asked if I had any questions, I responded honestly—only to later find an additional office visit charge on my bill. Apparently, if you speak up during your physical, you’ll be charged extra.Trying to resolve the issue was equally frustrating. The billing department was unresponsive, and the chat feature on the patient portal was disabled—making it extremely difficult to get any clarity or support. While this may be technically allowed by insurance guidelines, it feels deceptive and unfair.I expect a healthcare provider to encourage open communication, not penalize patients for engaging in their own care. I won’t be returning, and I recommend looking for a practice that values transparency and patient trust.

Very disappointed! After several years of going to this center, my doctor retired, and all the patients who were with him were left without the option to transfer to another doctor at the center. We never received any notification or communication about this—nothing at all. Really poor service.
