Do not use this doctors office! I had a consult last year to have two teeth pulled under anesthesia. I lived in the county's shelter program nearby and asked them to let me know MY patient responsibility for the entire procedure after they verified my health insurance. They verified and the doctor AND the office staff said they would not charge me for the consult as I was living in a shelter. The shelter attempted to secure a ride to and from the office for the procedure but the cab/user drivers never showed up. My patient pay was $80 and that was ALL I was being given charged. Recently I have been receiving a $5 bill from them and was puzzled because they had $80 that I paid to them in advance of the procedure which I have NOT had done yet. They REFUSE to return the $80 that was MY copay with my insurance company that I paid in advance saying you NEVER came back so we are keeping it as your consult fee that we weren't charging you for last year but will now because you never came back
