Riverside Orthopedic Specialists

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My mother who is 91 and has dementia had an appt was for 8:00 because she broke all her fingers after a fall. We arrived at 8:05 and after waiting for 5 minutes we finally got to sign in at the security desk and received our name tags. They then sent us to the front desk and I discovered I was in the wrong building. They asked if I wanted a shuttle to take us to the right building but after waiting 5 minutes I just went to get the car. We finally got to the right building at 8:25 and the first thing they said was 'Oh your appt was at 8 so I have to see if they'll see your mom. Remember 2 days before she was in the Riverside emergency room because she fell and broke all her fingers and her hand so this was her first visit and she was there to get a cast put on. They came back and said they can't see her for another 5 days. So my mother is supposed to stay in pain because they had 15 people in the waiting room and couldn't see 1 more person?
