Avoid
My first impressions were good, as Dr Torry seemed caring and took his time with me. However, every other encounter with the office has been difficult. They are very slow to respond to important patient inquiries (related to incorrect procedure prep provided by the office, which was repeatedly given to me). Even though I had indicated a severe allergy to contrast dye on my intake papers and over the phone, contrast dye still made it into the procedure room and was only caught when I (now laying on procedure table) asked about it, moments before being injected. When trying to reach out thru the patient portal, responses to important questions were either very delayed or nonexistent. Today, on my follow-up visit, I’ve been waiting two hours to see Dr Torry. After 1-3/4 hours, I asked to reschedule and get a refund. The reschedule was offered, but copay denied. After waiting 2 hrs 20 min and still not seeing Dr Torry, I left. There are many things wrong with practice management here.

Go Somewhere Else!
I strongly advise against visiting Invictus Health. Appointment wait times exceed one hour, and they charge for rescheduling on the same day, labeling it as a No Show. Additionally, the level of care provided is subpar. It's best to avoid wasting your time there and seek assistance elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if it was an option!

Horrible and rude.
They are impossible to reach. When you do reach them they are rude. You wait forever to be seen. If you have to cancel an appointment, if you leave a message because they don’t answer then they charge you. Good luck.

Waste of time
I waited over 1.5 hours before leaving without seeing the doctor and they were rude when I left. I would only recommend this place to people I dislike.
