Billing department is really bad.

Unfortunately, most of the staff are friendly. This is specifically regarding the billing department. If you are out of network, they will not inform you of this. You will be promised that they will only charge you what you are you will be reimbursed from your insurance company, but you will then be charged an exorbitant amount of money on top of what your insurance will reimburse you, meaning you will be out of pocket for hundreds of dollars. Their billing department will send you a bill MONTHS after your visit, and will be completely unwilling to work with you on it. I would definitely recommend you choose a different dentist practice if you have the choice.
