I guess when they schedule your appointment months in advance and when you forgot to cancel it they charge you for that. But they do not tell you that when you schedule the appointment. I did just confirm they will send it to collections over 60$ that just shows you they care more about money than actual patient care.The reminders I got was one missed phone call with no voicemail. But nobody told me that when I made the appointment and now if I don’t give you free 60$ you will send it to collections. Which you will be doing because I’m not paying 60$!
