Total Care for Women

I have been seeing two physicians at Total Care for Women now since July 2019, and two appointments of which were in the midst of the pandemic. I have a two-year-old son and have asked each and every time that I have made an appointment if it was okay to bring him. They said yes and I did, without any problem. Today at the Beach office, I had a appointment to discuss some serious issues I have been having. Again, at the time I made the appointment I asked and was told “yes,” I could bring my son. However I arrived today, checked in, and minutes later am confronted and asked to leave because I brought my son. Might I add that today it is torrentially raining. I was baffled because this has never happened in the two prior times that I brought him, and I even asked again if it was okay at the time I made this appointment. To then drag my son out in this horrible weather only to be turned away, truly shows the horrible management at Total Care for Women and disregard for women’s health!
