I was new to HCS and really needed someone to talk with on July 31. My therapist was not available. The woman who answered the phone didn't know if there was anyone I could talk with and was not interested in finding out. It also seems to me that this woman isn't the only one employed there who doesn't care that much for the clients. I will say that Sarah seems to be really nice and caring.
