It is the most includsive dr's office I have been to and I felt very safe. I also work with trans clients in my professional life and this clinic has been a life saver for them.

To be fair, I've only been there twice. Both times, the front room was full of these big, sweaty, hairy men and it reeked of man-sweat. I was pregnant and the odor was unbearable. So that's thing 1. Thing 2 is the staff is just in-general short tempered. They are always in a bad mood and every interaction annoys them. 3rd, I asked if they accept my new insurance before I scheduled my most recent appointment and they assured me they did. Turns out they do not, and now I have to pay a huge bill for the visit. These people are unprofessional, rude, don't know how to do their job, and their office smells so bad it'll make you nauseous. Best to go somewhere else.

I love the office, always trans friendly

They will charge you for services you didn't receive, they don't actually know insurances they accept, they charge you copays saying it's the cost of the visit then send you a super high bill later, the lady on the phone is incredibly rude, and Dora and Florence are completely incompetent and have no idea how to do their jobs. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Go anywhere else.
