Their billing is terrible! No bills sent from a procedure in 2014, in 2019 I got a notice from debt collectors. For months a bill of less than $100 was affecting my credit while I attempted to get their mistake fixed. After thinking it was finally over in Dec 2021 it starts again!! Bill has been paid and now again they sent the same paid bill do collections because they again switched billing people and rebilled the same old bills that have been paid. Worst company ever. Everything goes straight to collections not to you through a bill
